Brett is a dedicated Real Estate Agent, with a unique approach to real estate. As a former Manager in the Honolulu Advisory Services practice at Ernst & Young, he has the strategic negotiation skills necessary to set him apart in the industry. Further, his “advisory over sales” approach focuses on deep market analysis and truly putting his client’s best interest first. Brett strongly believes that technology will continue to change the real estate industry and is passionate about implementing innovative marketing solutions to leverage this.
Brett is a proud graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where he earned his B.A in Accountancy and M.A. in Accountancy & Information Systems.

Kandace currently lives in Hillsboro, Oregon with her husband, Davis. Despite living in Oregon, she plays a huge role on the team. Her role includes coordinating and prepping our listings and helping throughout the escrow process. Kandace was born and raised in Hawaii and graduated from Punahou School. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones, doing DIY projects around the house, has a passion for living a low waste life, and is a mom of 2 (Liam and Maia)! Kandace has a passion for all things real estate and especially enjoys the home renovation process! Kandace has been with Team Aka since 2016!

Katherine lives on Oahu with her husband, Cody and her 2 dogs and cat. She is our buyers and listings specialist and will be there to assist you along the journey. Katherine was born and raised in Pearl City and Kailua and graduated from 'Iolani School. She has a B.A. in Environmental Science from the UC Boulder. She enjoys cooking, gardening, doing DIY home renovations, hiking, and going to the beach. After living in Colorado for 6 years, she wanted to come home to spend time with her family and pursue her dream of helping people make Hawaii their home! Katherine has been with Team Aka since 2019!
